Manual "Responsibilities of the national councils of national minorities"

Vojvodina Center for Human Rights and the OSCE Mission in Serbia organized a promotion of the manual "Responsibilities of the national councils of national minorities" on December 10, 2011, in Hotel "Center" in Novi Sad.

Manual compiled to contribute `good governance` of the national councils and support their development as the main representative bodies of the minority communities in Serbia.
